Thiago Póvoa · Full Stack
TP Webmaster is led by Thiago Póvoa, a full stack web and mobile developer with a degree in Information Technology Management from Instituto Infnet, in Rio de Janeiro.
He also runs Escola Desenvolvedor WordPress, where he shares what he knows about development, WordPress, artificial intelligence and choosing the right technology for each project.
His path in development began over 15 years ago with web projects and grew into online stores, custom systems, apps, APIs, integrations, automations and artificial intelligence solutions.
That experience means we look at every project beyond the visual layer. We also weigh architecture, databases, infrastructure, security, performance and the application's ability to keep growing.
More than delivering a project, we set out to build long-term relationships. Some clients have been working with us for years, evolving their solutions as new needs come up.

More than handing over a working solution, we want clients to feel confident about what is being built, to follow every stage and to find in TP Webmaster a partner for the growth of their business.
The project belongs to the client
The code written specifically for the project, the data, the repository and the credentials all belong to the client.
We do not build dependencies to stop the solution from being transferred, extended or run by someone else. The monthly retainer is optional and has no lock-in. Clients stay with us because of the quality of the work, not because they are tied to a contract or a technology.
More than building software, we want to build a partnership
Our work does not end with ticking off a list of features.
We set out to understand the business, the problem that needs solving and the result the project has to deliver. Along the way we help set priorities, spot opportunities and make the decisions that let the solution keep pace as the company grows.
Technical knowledge comes before tools
Artificial intelligence expands what we can build, but it does not replace technical knowledge.
Behind every solution sit decisions about architecture, security, databases, infrastructure, performance and room to grow. We do not use AI to improvise projects without structure. It accelerates the work of people who know what they are building and take responsibility for the result.
Organized from the very first step
A good project starts well before the first line of code.
From the outset we organize the requirements, define the scope, build the prototype and set the stages of the schedule. The client knows what is being built, what comes next and what needs approving for the project to move forward.
That structure cuts rework, avoids surprises and keeps everyone aligned throughout development.
Genuine availability and close communication
Technology is central to our work and our daily routine. That is why we make a point of being reachable and responding quickly whenever a client needs us.
Support happens directly over WhatsApp, with close communication throughout the project. Clients never spend days without knowing where things stand or without being able to reach the person building the solution.
Problems can come up on any project. What cannot be missing is someone available to understand them, respond and find a way through.
How we work
Five steps between your idea and a project that is live.
You review and sign off on every step before we move to the next one. Decisions land at the right moment, adjustments happen before they turn into rework, and nothing comes as a surprise at delivery.

Conversation
We start with a 30-minute meeting to understand the business, the problem and the result you expect, before proposing any solution at all.
We leave that conversation knowing what needs to be built, who it is for and which goals the project has to reach. No cost and no commitment.

Design
We turn what we discussed into a visual proposal so you can see how the solution will be organized before any programming begins.
You get to review the structure, the main screens and the user experience. Changing a decision at this stage takes minutes. Once it is coded, it can take days. That is why we validate the direction before moving on.

Proposal
With the project properly defined, you receive a proposal setting out scope, timeline, investment and terms in writing, in clear language that is easy to check.
The price is fixed for the project and stays the same within the approved scope. If a new need comes up, it is presented and assessed before anything is changed.

Development
You follow the project through working versions published to a test environment as they are built.
On longer projects, deliveries land in cycles of up to two weeks. You can open, test and approve each phase while development moves forward.

Launch and follow-up
After final approval we put the project live, configure the production environment and train the people who will be using the solution.
For the first 30 days we monitor how it is running and make the fixes covered by the scope. After that period you can take up ongoing support or carry on with the solution independently.
