The controller of the personal data processed through this website is TP Webmaster, inscrita no CNPJ sob o nº 28.905.866/0001-60, operating from and serving clients throughout Brazil.

For anything relating to this policy, including exercising your rights as a data subject, the channel is the email address [email protected].

Browsing this website requires no account and there is no contact form: no personal data is requested for you to read any page. Data processing happens in two situations, and only in those two:

• When you start a WhatsApp conversation through one of the buttons on the website. At that point WhatsApp passes us your phone number and profile name, along with the content of whatever messages you write.
• When you write to us by email. We receive the email address, the name shown on the account and the content of the message.

Beyond that, the hosting provider records technical access data — IP address, date and time, browser and requested page — in server logs, as is standard on any website. Those records exist for security and fault diagnosis, are not used to profile visitors and are not cross-referenced with the enquiries we receive.

This website installs no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and uses no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or equivalent tools. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Should any measurement tool ever be adopted, this policy will be updated before it goes live and the date at the top of the page will change.

Contact data is used solely to reply to your message, understand what you need, prepare and send a commercial proposal and, if you hire us, deliver and support the project. We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing.

Processing relies on the grounds set out in article 7 of Law No. 13,709/2018 (Brazil's LGPD): preliminary procedures relating to a contract, at the data subject's request (item V), when you approach us for a quote; performance of a contract (item V), during the project; compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (item II), for tax and accounting records; and legitimate interest (item IX), for keeping the server's technical security logs.

We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data. Sharing is limited to what the operation requires:

• Infrastructure and email providers that host the website and the mailboxes, acting as processors;
• WhatsApp itself, when the conversation happens there, subject to the platform's own privacy policy;
• Accountants and public authorities, where there is a legal obligation or a court order.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for as long as there is a legitimate commercial interest and are deleted on request. Client data is kept for the term of the contract and for the statutory tax and accounting retention periods that follow. Server logs are retained for a short period, set by the hosting provider, and then discarded.

Article 18 of the LGPD guarantees you the right, at any time and free of charge, to:

• confirm whether your data is being processed and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed in breach of the law;
• request that your data be ported to another provider;
• withdraw consent and ask for the deletion of data processed on that basis;
• be told who your data has been shared with.

The website runs entirely over HTTPS. Access to hosting environments, repositories and mailboxes is restricted, protected by two-factor authentication and limited to those who need it to do the work.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Changes that matter to existing clients are communicated to them directly.
