Financare

Financare is a software-as-a-service built to help entrepreneurs and small businesses organize revenue, expenses, clients, due dates and financial information in a single environment.

The solution runs straight from the browser, with nothing to install. Each company creates an account, picks the right plan and reaches its data through an authenticated application.

More than building a presentation page, the project meant creating a complete digital product, with user registration, recurring plans, access control, usage rules and an application that can keep evolving.

The challenge

Plenty of entrepreneurs still run their business on spreadsheets, notes and information scattered across different tools.

The challenge was turning those routines into a platform simple enough for people who aren't comfortable with financial tools, yet structured enough to keep up with companies of very different operating volumes.

The solution

We built FinanCare as a SaaS — a model where the software is delivered continuously over the internet.

The product was split into two main structures:

Marketing site

Presents the problem, the features, the plans and the paths to sign up or subscribe.

Application

The authenticated environment where each user reaches the financial management features tied to their account.

That separation lets the site be tuned for acquiring new users, while the application stays focused on the day-to-day operation of registered companies.

Centralized financial management

The finance module allows revenue and expenses to be registered and organized.

Each transaction can be categorized and tracked by status, making it easy to tell what has been paid, what is still pending and what is overdue.

The goal is to let business owners understand their operation without manually pulling information from different spreadsheets.

Clients and suppliers

The platform also centralizes client and supplier information.

Users can keep contact details organized and look up the transaction history linked to each record.

That brings financial management closer to the commercial relationship and keeps important information from staying scattered across notebooks, spreadsheets and chats.

Dashboard and reports

The dashboard gives an overview of the company's key information.

Users can follow revenue, expenses, movements and performance by period through indicators and charts.

The point isn't just to store data, but to turn the operation's records into information that's easier to consult.

Due date control

FinanCare organizes transactions by due date and payment status.

Overdue accounts are visually flagged inside the system, helping users quickly find what needs attention.

The platform also supports email notifications tied to the registered due dates.

Multi-user system

On plans that allow multiple seats, a company can add other users to the account.

Each user can be given different permissions, defining what information they can view or change.

That makes it possible to spread responsibilities across owners, managers and staff without granting the whole team the same level of access.

A product built as SaaS

FinanCare wasn't structured as a system sold once to each company.

The platform uses a subscription model, with different access levels and usage limits.

Customers can start on the free plan and move up as their usage and their company grow.

The SaaS application

The system was developed with Next.js and React.

The interface uses Chakra UI and Bootstrap components, making it possible to build responsive screens and keep forms, buttons, alerts and navigation elements consistent.

The application runs on its own subdomain, separate from the marketing page, which makes it easier to maintain and evolve each structure independently.
