Sulcácia Carvoaria

Sulcácia produces charcoal, briquettes, eco-friendly charcoal, firewood and kindling, with its own production and transport serving clients in Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and the international market.

The website had to show that there is a full operation behind Sulcácia's products, covering production, storage, packaging, dispatch and transport.

It also had to organize a product line with different weights and uses, present the charcoal plant's facilities and serve distinct audiences, from end consumers to supermarkets, distributors, steakhouses and industry.

The solution

An institutional website built to present the facilities, the products and the logistics capacity of a family business with more than two decades in the charcoal sector.

The structure was organized into pages for products, facilities, company history and contact. The home page presents the operation's main strengths and points visitors toward the content that fits their interest.

Presenting the products

We created a dedicated area to organize Sulcácia's product line.

The catalog shows charcoal packs in different sizes, charcoal with briquettes, and firewood for stoves and fireplaces. Each product has its own page with description, characteristics, weight and recommended use.

That way visitors can understand the differences between products before reaching out to the sales team.

Facilities as a sales argument

Sulcácia's operation got a page of its own on the site.

We used real photographs of the kilns, warehouses, yard, loading and the company fleet. Instead of relying on generic stock imagery, the project shows the facilities that actually take part in production and delivery.

The content walks through the stages of an order, from the quote and picking the product to loading, transport and checking on arrival.

This presentation helps buyers and distributors understand the company's operational capacity and what owning its own logistics makes possible.

Conversion journey

Because prices and terms can vary by product, volume and delivery city, the site was structured around the quote request.

Contact buttons appear at several points along the navigation and send visitors to WhatsApp or to the form.

On the contact page, the site gathers the sales phone numbers, address, location, business hours, Instagram and a form where visitors can describe what they need.

English version

We also built an English version to introduce Sulcácia to buyers in other countries.

Visitors can switch languages straight from the menu and read the company information, products and contact channels in English.

That structure follows the company's presence in the international market and widens the site's commercial usefulness.

Technical development

The project was implemented as a custom WordPress theme, developed by TP Webmaster.

The interface uses Tailwind CSS for the responsive layout and custom JavaScript for the menu interactions, navigation and visual components.

Images were converted to WebP and load lazily, cutting down the initial payload sent to the browser. The site also has titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sharing metadata and structured data for the business and its location.
