Tricogest is a management platform built specifically for trichologists and hair therapists. The system brings scheduling, clients, intake forms, photos, reports, protocols, finance and stock together in a single environment, making day-to-day work more organized and easier to follow.

In the day-to-day of a practice, important information tends to be scattered across the phone calendar, paper forms, photo galleries, documents and spreadsheets.

Beyond eating up time, that split makes it hard to quickly pull up a client's history, check the last session, find follow-up images or look at financial information.

The challenge of the project was to turn all of those processes into one centralized experience, without building a complicated tool for the professional.

Tricogest organizes the main activities of a practice into a simple, connected flow.

Inside the system, professionals can see their upcoming appointments, register clients, log sessions, fill in intake forms and keep the information from each follow-up accessible within the same platform.

Navigation is structured so users can open the system, find what they need and get back to work without depending on different apps or parallel spreadsheets.

Each client has their own record, gathering contact details, diagnosis, purchased package, protocols and treatment history.

Professionals can also attach photos, log sessions, fill in forms and create reports. That makes it easier to compare progress over time and keeps information organized for future reference.

The project also covers the administrative areas that keep the business running.

The finance module helps track amounts and payments received, while stock control records products and movements. Care delivery and management stop being separate processes.

Tricogest isn't about adding one more tool to the routine — it's about reducing the number of places needed to run the business.
